Broker channel is open.

The studio works with brokers, IP advisors, and M&A consultants on a success-only commission basis. Segmental exclusivity available per geography, vertical, and buyer type — the same architecture can be exclusively assigned to different brokers in different segments without conflict.

Preferred broker profiles: established industry consultants in gambling, e-commerce, or casino operations with an existing book of relationships at C-suite or strategic-acquisition level. The studio is happy to discuss commission structure and exclusivity terms once a target buyer is identified.

The current portfolio window is approximately 9–15 months. Brokers who can move on this timeline are the studio's preferred channel.

What the buyer gets.
What they do not.

The buyer receives the complete project package: master sales document, all demonstrations, integration reference code, legal templates (NDA, License Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement), authentication artefacts (SHA-256 manifest, GPG signature, OpenTimestamps proof, notarised authorship documentation).

The buyer does not receive any post-sale services from the studio. No warranties of fitness or performance. No implementation help. No integration support. No developer training. No retainer relationship. The studio leaves the room cleanly.

IP & AUTHORSHIP

Authorship is documented.

All intellectual property is held personally by Miloš Petrović under Serbian IP law (autorski ugovor). Cross-border sales are valid under the Hague Convention; no registered legal entity is required for first-LOI execution. Should a buyer prefer to deal with a registered entity, paušalna radnja (Serbian flat-rate sole proprietorship) registration is straightforward and can be completed inside two weeks once a signed LOI is in hand.

Authentication chain on every package: SHA-256 → GPG detached signature → OpenTimestamps (Bitcoin anchoring) → notarised authorship documentation with Apostille for international recognition. Authorship is verifiable independently of the studio.
